Mattresses – Lifetime Warranty
• Only for Origin Adapt™️ Hybrid Mattress and Origin LumbarCloud™ mattress
Your mattresses are eligible for a 365-night free trial, beginning from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied within this period, you may return the product in accordance with our Return Policy.
All mattresses’ models are covered by a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser, which applies only to manufacturing defects. In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will provide a one-time replacement, subject to a delivery fee of $99.
Your mattress is protected by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser.
This warranty covers:
• Sagging or indentations greater than one (1) inch, measured without weight applied.
• Cracking or splitting of the foam under normal household use.
• A one-time replacement of the mattress, subject to a delivery fee of $99.
Please note that any replacement provided under this warranty does not restart or extend the original warranty or trial period.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic imperfections, or changes in comfort preference.
• Damage caused by improper use, unsanitary conditions, dampness, mold, or commercial use.
• Purchases made through unauthorised sellers or resale platforms.
• Mattress handles are designed for positioning only — not for lifting or carrying. Any damage caused by lifting, dragging, folding, bending, or pulling the mattress, or by improper use of the handles, is not covered under warranty. This includes fabric tears, damaged seams, cuts from opening the packaging, and similar physical damage.

Defect Reporting

Bed Frames – Lifetime Warranty
• No Free Trial
• Lifetime Warranty – Valid for the original purchaser against manufacturing defects.
• Excludes upholstery fabrics; valid only with original fabric
• One-time repair or replacement of defective parts (including labor) at no cost
Bed frames, including upholstered and adjustable models, are covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal residential care and conditions. Please note that bed frames are not eligible for a free trial.
This warranty applies only to the structural components of the bed frame and does not extend to upholstery fabrics. Upholstery fabrics are excluded from coverage, and the warranty remains valid only if the furniture retains its original fabric.
In the event that your bed frame is determined to have a manufacturer defect in workmanship or materials, Origin, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective parts, including labor, at no cost to the customer. It will not restart or extend the original warranty period. Delivery or processing fees may apply and will be communicated at the time of claim.

Mattress Topper – 3-Year Limited Warranty
7-Night Free Trial – Eligible for return within 7 nights from the date of delivery.
3 Years Warranty – Valid for the original purchaser against manufacturing defects.
The Origin Mattress Topper is covered by a three (3) year limited warranty for the original purchaser, beginning from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only under normal household use and conditions, and is non-transferable.
Coverage Includes:
• Sagging or Indentation: Permanent sagging or body impressions greater than one (1) inch in depth, measured without weight applied.
• Foam Integrity: Cracking, splitting, or other material failure of the foam components occurring under normal residential use.
Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover the following:
• Normal wear and tear: Gradual softening of the foam, minor cosmetic imperfections, or slight changes in comfort that naturally occur with regular use.
• Preference-related issues: Any dissatisfaction relating to comfort level, feel, or personal preference after use.
• Improper use or handling: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to use the mattress topper on a suitable, supportive mattress surface.
• Unsanitary conditions: Stains, mold, odors, infestations, or damage caused by exposure to liquids, damp environments, or lack of proper ventilation.
• Commercial use: Use of the mattress topper in a commercial, institutional, or hospitality setting.
• Unauthorised purchases: Products purchased through unauthorised sellers, resale platforms, or second-hand transactions.
Replacement Terms:
In the event of a valid warranty claim, Origin will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the mattress topper. If a replacement is issued, it will not restart or extend the original warranty period. Delivery or processing fees may apply and will be communicated at the time of claim.

Pillows – 2-Year Warranty
7-Night Free Trial and 2-Year Warranty
7-Night Free Trial Pillows are eligible for return within seven (7) nights from the date of delivery. For multiple quantities of the same pillow purchased within a single order, only one unit per pillow category may be returned. Returned pillows are not restocked and may be donated at Origin’s discretion.
2-Year Limited Warranty The Origin Latex Pillow is covered by a two (2) year limited warranty for the original purchaser, beginning from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only under normal household use and conditions and is non-transferable.
Coverage Includes:
• Material Integrity: Cracking, splitting, or other material defects in the latex core under normal use.
• Manufacturing Defects: Faults in workmanship or materials that impair the intended performance of the pillow.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear: Gradual softening of the latex, flattening, or changes in comfort that occur with use.
• Preference-related issues: Dissatisfaction due to personal comfort preference or minor cosmetic imperfections.
• Improper use or handling: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or use without a suitable pillowcase/protector.
• Unsanitary conditions: Stains, odors, mold, infestations, or damage caused by liquids or damp environments.
• Commercial use: Use in hotels, dormitories, or other institutional/commercial settings.
• Unauthorised purchases: Items purchased through unauthorised sellers, resale platforms, or second-hand transactions.

Bedding
For hygiene reasons, bedding products (including sheets, pillowcases, quilts, protectors, and similar items) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty or misdescribed.
Bedding products are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not covered by any warranty.
Once delivered, these items are considered final sale.

Warranty Policies
All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required by law. We strive to ensure all pricing is accurate; however, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update prices without prior notice.
Shipping Policy
Customers who wish to change their scheduled shipping date must notify Origin USA Support via email within one (1) business day after the order has been paid.
In such cases, shipping will proceed on the original date selected at checkout.
Requests to hold or postpone shipping may incur additional fees, depending on the courier’s policy and your shipping location.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
To request a change of shipping address, customers must email Origin USA Support no later than one (1) business day after payment has been completed.
Requests that do not meet this timing requirement may be declined, and the order will be shipped to the original address provided at checkout.
Changes to the shipping address may be subject to additional courier fees, depending on the area or region.
OWNERSHIP, RISK, AND PROOF OF DELIVERY
By placing an order with Origin, the customer acknowledges and agrees that ownership (title) of the Products passes to the customer immediately upon successful payment and order confirmation, regardless of the date of dispatch or delivery.
Upon Origin’s acceptance of the order and issuance of an order confirmation, the Products become the property of the customer, and the customer assumes all risk of loss, theft, or damage thereafter, including during transit and upon delivery to the address provided.
Delivery shall be deemed completed once the courier or delivery partner records the order as “Delivered” to the address supplied at checkout—whether or not the customer is personally present to receive it. Such confirmation constitutes conclusive proof of receipt and fulfillment of Origin’s delivery obligations.
Origin shall not be liable for any claim of non-receipt or loss once delivery has been confirmed by the courier’s tracking system or signed proof of delivery. Any disputes or chargebacks raised after such confirmation shall be deemed fraudulent, and Origin reserves the right to contest and report such claims to the relevant payment providers or authorities.
Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership (title) and risk of loss, theft, or damage to the goods pass to you. We arrange delivery to your nominated address as a courtesy, but we will not be liable for any loss or theft that occurs after payment has been received.
If you provide “Authority to Leave” (ATL) instructions to the carrier, whether directly or via the carrier’s notification system— we will not be liable for any loss or theft to the goods after they have been left in accordance with your ATL instructions.
Exchanges & Refunds
In the event any Origin products are received in a defective condition, customers may request for an exchange or refund via our live chat or email in at support@originmattress.com within 3 hours. We will require image proof of the defected Origin product with its original box and plastic packaging within the image frame.
For all return or exchange requests, the return address must be the same as the original delivery address. We are unable to arrange pickups from a different location due to operational and verification constraints.
Free Gift Promotional Terms & Conditions:
In the event that a refund is initiated, all free gifts (i.e. pillow, mattress protector, duvet etc) must be returned in their original condition along with the mattress.
Failure to return the free gift may result in the retail value being deducted from your refund.
Influencer and Media orders are not eligible for any ongoing free gift promotions.
Payment Methods & Security
We accept secure payments via Affirm, PayPal, Stripe, Amex, Mastercard and Visa.
All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways to ensure your personal and financial information remains safe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers, and our site is protected with industry-standard SSL encryption for your security.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or relating to them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware for the resolution of any disputes.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our products or services.
Disclaimer of Warranties & No Medical Claims
Except as expressly stated in our written warranty terms (if any), all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Origin Mattress disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our products, services, or website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects, viruses, or other harmful components. Your use of our products and services is at your sole risk.
Our products, including all mattresses and related accessories, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Any statements regarding comfort, support, or health benefits are based on general product performance and customer feedback and should not be interpreted as medical advice. Individual experiences may vary. If you have specific medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products.
Intellectual Property Notice
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product names, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Origin Mattress or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Amendment Clause
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website, and your continued use of our products or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Order Acceptance Policy
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
General Rules for All Trials & Warranties
All our Trial Policies apply only to original purchasers of genuine Origin Products who purchased their product(s) directly from the website at ORIGINMATTRESS.COM
(including purchases made while visiting an Origin showroom).
Please retain an electronic copy of your purchase invoice which will be sent via email, which will contain the information with regards to your purchase. Kindly quote the order number to our staff so that we may better assist with any issues with your purchase.
These conditions apply to all returns and warranty claims unless otherwise specified.
ELIGIBILITY
• You must be the original purchaser and current owner.
• Purchase must be made directly from authorised Origin Sleep Ltd. channels.
• Product must be for household use only (not commercial).
• Trial/warranty applies once per household for each product type.
• Wrong size/type orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
CONDITION OF PRODUCT
• Must be in good condition (no stains, tears, burns, soiling, or damage).
• Must be properly wrapped in original or suitable plastic for transport.
• Mattress toppers, bed frames: must be disassembled and packed in the original box (or equivalent).
• Failure to follow packaging rules will incur:
o $100 cleaning/repair fee
o $50 disassembly fee (bed frames only)
